Pioneer Network CMS DVD and VHS

The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) broadcast a live 2 1/2 hr presentation via satellite and Internet that introduced the Pioneer Network. This video of the broadcast increases surveyors' knowledge of the Pioneer values and innovative practices in nursing homes and other long term care environments that improve Quality of Life and describes the relationship of culture change to the long term care regulations.
